Help with lighting

After 10 years of being out the hobby I just bought a 150 gal rectangle, it came with 3 175w mh 20k and 2 96w actinic bulbs. Question is , I'm going to do a reef again,
1. would that be enough lighting
2. What kind of bulbs would be better. 10k, 14k or 20k
3. I think it came with a mag 4 pump

Yes, that would be plenty of light and would work well for a reef tank.

For the best growth, go with the 10K and actinic pc bulbs. But, if you want more color, then go with the 14K or 20K. I like 14K but many others prefer the pop and the color you get under 20K.

10K is yellowish, like the sun, 14K is a bit cooler (slightly blue), 20K is even cooler yet and a bit more blue.
Go to HD or Lowes and they have examples of different 'color temperature' bulbs set up so you can see the difference.
