Help with Lyretail Anthias Identification

Hello,

I have had 3 Lyretail Anthias for about 5 months. There was a purple one, I assumed is the male and 2 orange females.

More or less overnight I have seen one of the orange Anthias turn more dark with the fin now more prominent. It seems larger than the original male.

They seem to be getting on, but I have just added 3 more females.

Question, is it possible for one of the 2 original females to change sex with a male already present, or are they a different species sold to me.

I'm a bit confused what's happened, and would appreciate any help.

Apologies, if this seems a stupid question.

First picture is the original orange female that I think has changed?

Second picture is my purple coloured male, I purchased originally.

Second pic is definitely a male Lyretail. First picture, the orange ones are def Lyretail females, but the male almost looks like a resplendent not a Lyretail. Better picture would help.

I've had this happen to me, possibly the male was not large enough or aggressive enough to keep female in check.
IME it resulted in having a submale, long spike but no color change, that lasted about a year, and one day it completed, turned purple.
Both my males seemed ok for quite a while, then one day the original just disappeared.
