Help with my clam

So I have had this clam in my tank for about 60 days he has looked good the whole time until yesterday I over mixed the salt got it up to a SG of 1.030 for about 48 hours the clam was the first to be effected so I tested everything and :uhoh2:yep the SG was too high so I did a water change about 15 gal and got the SG to 1.025 but he is still looking bad all my other levels are good and CA is at 450 ppm so I don't know what to do please help !!

The only thing you can do is hope for the best. Animals tend to take decrease in salinity much better than quick increase in salinity. Did you change water with high salinity water?

IMHO when the shell is open yet the lips are retracted, the clam is a gonner.
I hope that was not the case.
Did the clam pull thru??
