Help with my naso Tang?

I have a naso tang that I just noticed he is floating on his side and still alive I get next to him and he will right himself and then lay over again.I don't see anything wrong like any spots or blotches or anything.Does anybody have any ideas?

I had the same problem about 3 months ago. He died the next morning. Check your water parameters (mine were fine). More bad news tonight I have a bar goby doing the same thing. I don’t know what the problem is. I wonder if it is parasitic? Good luck!

THe first thing I would do is double check water quality: pH, alkalinity, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, temperature, etc.

Was this a new purchase?
