help with power head placement

this must be the dumbest question on the fourms but i jst dnt seem to get the whole placement of the powers heads. eather i put them in one postion and plow every thing . or i put them another direction and i get a crust on the top of my tank. what should i do ?

I am a fan of a full circular flow pattern in my tank personally. Oh, and I also don't like to look at power heads right in the front of my tank (especially with only a 20g...a powerhead looks huge!). I have my Koralia 1 in the back at the lower left side to hit the back of the rocks on that side and sweep across the front (my acros and toadstools are loving it!), then I have a MaxiJet 400 at the same height in the back to sweep across the back glass/sand. At the top, I have a CPR BakPak skimmer with the outflow pointed in the same direction and a Penguin filter on the other side just for circulation (and I pop some carbon in occasionally). This makes a top to bottom counter-clockwise rotation of the water column with little to no dead spots.

i have a sweeper 120 gph and a Penguin Powerhead i think its 300 gph. and a return with a mag5 with that u-tube.
