Help with Redox Calibration

Let me start by saying I tried to ask this on the GHL support forum, but it will not let me post a new thread.

that being said,

I am trying to calibrate a new Redox Probe. I assume it works just like a PH probe process, my only problem is I have no option on the controller itself to calibrate Redox. Activity is active on the PC software.

Which Quick Key on the front of the controller do I use to access the redox calibration and is there something else I need to activate on the program itself?

Hi

its in the same family tree as the pH on the front screen. scroll up to sensor settings then click the enter button then scroll up to Redox.

Thank you for the response.

That being said I do not have the option of 'sensor settings' in the PH tree off of the PH quick key on the front of the controller.

There are a number of other options, and I will be happy to list them once I get back in town on Friday, but Sensor settings is not one of them.

Perhaps I need to enable something on the software side?

I think you are confused you do not press the pH quick key to go to sensor settings

click on the enter button
scroll up to sensor settings
click on enter button
scroll up to redox
click on enter button
scroll up to calibration

from there the processs is covered on the manual step by step

There we go!! Thats what I needed to know, where to find the initial info. SO i start with hitting the enter key to get going...

The calibration part I am good on, just didn't know how to get there.
