help with set-up

just want to run my new set up by you guys. its going to be for a pair of cb perc/ocell. not sure what anemone yet. probably a Ritteri or Gigantea

29g 30x12x18 or 40g 36x15x16 or my choice 30g 20x20x18
cpr dual bakpak skimmer
hob refugium
30 lbs live rock
1-3" sand
either 70w de or 175w se pendant
probably a seio620 for additional flow

i currently have a blue carpet w/ a white cap clown in my 180g sps tank so i do have some experience but just want some advice on an anemone/ clown only display

40g is perfect.
CPR skimmer? (HAD one)
175w, or PC's, unless SPS are wanted.
LR & LS, sounds good.
Seio, ive heard, are problem PH's.
HOBR is smart.
anemone: need set-up of at least, a couple of months (3-6) old.
type, depends on the $$$ you wanna pay, and difficulty keeping.

if you can, remove some water from 180g and some sand/rock. it will help mature the tank faster for the enemone. parameters need to be almost perfect for a happy anemone. flow and light are different IME, for each anemone. some like lots, some like less. ive had em move all over the tank for weeks till they found that perfect spot. REEF-ON!

actually everything (rock, sand, water, algae) is coming from my sps tank so i hope to add a little sooner. my sf clowns come on tuesday and go into my qt until everything is a little settled. i hope to add an anemone in the next 3-4 weeks
