Help with sick clown. Plz help!

Hello all. I purchased two false percs for my 45 gallon 3 weeks ago. They are eating well, but two days ago my female developed some type of raised red white/red lesion on her skin. It also seems to be spreading fast. The other fish seem unaffected. I don't know what it is, but the real problem is my QT tank leaked last week and I haven't had a chance to replace it yet. This is killing me, is there any way I can help this fish?

Get a 10G tank, add a powerhead, heater, antibiotics (such as Maracyn2 saltwater at double dose). I would also drop SG to 1.018. You can drop it pretty fast.

Guys, the instruction's on Maracyn-2 say to treat the fish for 5 day's. What if the infection is not cleared up by then? Do I continue treatment? Also, is there any other suggestion's you guys can think of?
