Well I am looking to change out my sump on my 120 and I am looking for some ideas to help build it as rock solid as possible. I am using a 40G breeder and I would like to use the method where the fuge is on one end, skimmer on another, and return in the middle. I am running an Octo 150 for the skimmer so it has a 10"x9" footprint and I would like a decent sized return space because water evap is significant off of an opened top 120 with halides. My biggest concern as of now is incorporating my filter socks into the system. I just don't know how to mount them into the system without doing it ghetto. Any pics of your sump or suggestions on my design would be awesome. Thanks for the help.
