Help with sump

Hello,Well I'm not a newbie ,but I only ran 1 tank ,years ago with a sump ..so here what I have .
I'm getting a RR 72 bow.
I have a 30 gal tank ,or a can buy A 20 gal long with baffles
I will be adding ATO with I hope 10 gal tank {if theres room}
I also have a AquaC with 1500 pump..
Will the 30 gal work? I would like to grow cheatos..
will the Aquac be big enough?
I could possible use my HOB refugium on the back of 30 gal {if there room}
I seen a sump kit on ebay for 30 g ,but its very costly after shipping {around 90.00}..http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200858331727
but if its better to run with baffles i could consider it if the 20 long is too small.

A tank with baffles gives you more options. It gives Different compartments and way of seperating fish if they dont get along. If you know how to make baffles for the 30, than thats better deal. Having one big tank as your sump doesnt help if theres no baffles.. because you need the baffles for killing bubbles as well.
