Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping to get some input on which device(s) to select. I currently have a Tunze 6025(modded), Korilia 2, and sump return is ~600 gph. My tank is a standard 90Gal RR (48x18x24) and I'm looking to keep almost all SPS. I know currently my flow is not up to snuff. Below are the options I'm looking at.
1. Korilia wavermaker (2 ports) w/ 2 Korilia 4s
2. (1) Tunze 6105 w/ single Controller
3. Vortech MP40W
4. Replace my Korilia 2 w/ Korilia 4 and leave them (Tunze & Korilia4) on constantly and pick up a Wavy Sea for the return from the sump.
Options 1-3 are all around the $400 mark (within $30). Option 4 would be ~$100 less, but I'm not sure I will get the turbulent flow I'm looking for.
All input is appreciated, especially personnal experiences.
