Help with Variable speed ports on APEX

When testing my vs1/2 port. I got 14v on vs1 and 10v on vs2. Is this normal?

Funny enough that I bump into this thread...

I have the exact same problem! seems like there is some voltage leaks on my friends variable voltage ports...

Any ideas what to do to solve this?

I had to send it back and they repaired/replaced it I think they repaired it.

Hey Estefano,

As cthedaytrader said, I had to send it back to Neptune for fixing it.

Talk with Curt and explain him the problem !!!

Well I messed up my Led lights, and I suspect that the vs ports could be the culprit. I will be doing further testing of them. I think the voltage is going past 10v at 100%.

Im having the same problem with my controller. My LED lights are not dimming and im getting 14v on my all 4 channels. How long did it take for the repair, My entire tank is on the controller "Chiller, lights, all pumps"
