HELP: Yellow Tang

I have a yellow tang that has started to develop red spots on his body and near his mouth! He just started to breath hard and I have no Idea what to do! If someone could please give me some suggestions that would be awesome!

Post your water parameters, including pH. If this is low, it can bring about the redness your seeing. Most likely it is a bacterial infection which would hopefully respond to antibiotics. Do you have a quarantine tank set up? Is this tang in the 20 gallon listed in your Hobby experience?

Ya my PH seems to be low.... Everything else seems to be fine! I a friend gave him to me because he was moving and didnt have a place for him and I took him and put him in my 20 gallon, while my 75 gallon gets going! What would you suggest I do to raise the PH and what antibotics should I try?
