Help

i have 3 6000 ona 7o95. if 2 or the streams are on the 7095 it only gos to 80%. i have a 3rd 6000 i was trying different parts to see what happens .the transformers are different (the older 1 is larger ) well the 1 good stream is older and the orther are 6 month old.if i put the old transformer on the pumps that go to 80% they work at 100% (alot more flow). all the driver are the same part #7240.27. plus the new steams transformers dont beeep if there running dry (only found this out with all the witching around ). if i have the good steam on the 7095 at the same time as the others it will read 100%. but the flow isnt 100% compared to the good 1 .i got the steams from PA if that helps any
thanks for any help

Are you sure the one with the larger transformer is not a 6100? It would make sense that the 6100 transformer would give more power and light up the 100% lights. The problem still would be an issue with the drivers or the controller and not the transformers, the resistance is too high and 6000's are more prone to showing this symptom.

i dont understand here .
the steams all have the same driver #s. the older 1 its more dark brown the newer 1s (the 1s not working )are black. i tryed the steams on a 7094 and still the same thing .the 7095 will only light up to 80% the steams dont have any more flow if there not on a controller . is the only thing different is the transformers to make it a 6100 if so ill just take 2 6100 transformers

Yes, but every driver will have some deviation, components have standards of variance, 5% tends to be the norm. The problem is the driver/ transformer/ controller combo doesn't put out enough juice to light the top LED, the pump is running at 100%. You can buy the larger transformers or send me your controller and I can swap out the circuit board. They corrected this problem by lowering the strength of the resistor for the 100% LED.

ill send the controller to you .so i realy have a 6100 and 2 6000? how much for 2 of the transformers . so i dont need new drivers ,just transformers to make the 6100s
thanks for your help and time

Their are two ways to fix this, the controller or the drivers, the controller is the simplest and leaves you with your pumps running. The transformers run $72.32 each. If one transformer is bigger than that is a 6100.
