Ok so I just noticed that one of my zoa frag colonies fell and ended up face down in the sand but idk how long it's been there for because every morning I just turn on the lights and feed the fish I don't really have time for anything else. So they could have fallen out yesterday and been there till now would they be ok or should I be concerned?

I don't think you have anything to be concerned about Have had zoas face down on sand and even buried in sand for days without any issues

Get some reef putty and stick their rear to rock.

It's a good practice to spend at least five minutes each day just observing your tank. There's really never a day that goes by that something doesn't need tweaking in my tank.

Yeah I ended up just gluing the plug to the rocks after I put them back and looked this morning and they were down again but I normally spend more then 5 mins a day all together I probably spend about an hour or more in front of it staring into it.

Yeah, my Hubby thinks I've turned into a Tank Staring Zombie...heh heh heh.
