What is wrong with my purple tang?! I have been treating for ick for several weeks now he looks like this!?? PLEASE HELP!

Looks like a bad case of flukes to me. Are the spots coming and going or are they just getting more?

Try a freshwater bath and see if some come off - that would be the fastest way to confirm flukes. Treatment can be done with PraziPro, possibly combined with hyposalinity.

At this stage you will probably also deal with secondary bacterial infections.

You haven't informed us how you "treated" your fish?
Can you be more specific? Copper treatment? TTM?
