Help!!!

I was issued a credit by Stacie R. and now I can't use it towards my order scheduled to arrive tomorrow for my shipping costs. The credit is not appearing on my account file. Please help, I dont want my order to not ship was looking forward to it coming tomorrow. The credit was issued in a private message, from my conversation in this thread

The credit was not diverted to my credit card either it simply is not showing up.
 
I have a private message and a email stating I was given a credit. I called Liveaquaria and they dont see it. on file. I have my private message and email in the event you guys need to see it again. I have everything planed for delivery tomorrow, please don't let me down.

Thanks so much for helping me Mike. I really appeciate it. I do have one more concern. I bought the frag pack in my order coming tomorrow and in a message from Live Aquaria this morning I was told that there may be some issues with filling it due to the requests I made. I simply wanted to prevent from getting duplicate corals I alreadly own or find incompatible. Unfortunately the person who left the message is at lunch and has yet to call so i was wondering if you could help me with it.
