Could i keep a Crocea in a 10g AGA with 80w PC light high up on the rocks?

Humm...I think PC wasn't enough powerfull for clams keeping...MH or T5 HO is the way to go IMO...but maybe I'm not right...Wait and see what mbbuna or skinz78 think about that...

LOL I am no where near as expierenced or as knowledgeable as mbbuna but thanks for the recommendation. I probably drive him crazy with all the questions I have to pm him.

I totally agree with Cath, mh or t5 is the only way to go for clams. But on the other hand there are plenty of people in the nano tank forum who would love to disagree with me. Also I think it would be very hard keeping your params stable enough for clams in a 10g but can be done.

I don't think you are going to get the answer you are looking for here. But some are doing what you want to do. I just don't recommend it. Try posting your question over in the nano tank forum

In my mind keeping clams under pc lighting is like trying to keep yourself alive strictly on rice cakes. It can be done but would you like to try it?
