here we go again... need centerpiece for a 10g

A shrimp goby and pistol shrimp would be fun. A pair of Harlequin Shrimp with a starfish (food) would be beautiful.

IMO - Either a small goby, goby/pistol shrimp pair or go all inverts - 3 blood/fire shrimp, an arrow crab, 5 sexy shrimp, etc.

right now im thinking a Bar Goby?

You mean Ptereleotris zebra? Too nervous in such a small tank, and doesn't like being alone, IME.

I like the suggestions so far though....firefish, goby/pistol pair. Harlequin and sexy shrimp are very cool ideas also.

I love the catalina gobies. They are so bright.

Cooler water species though...not best in our tropical reefs. I believe the deal is it shortens their lifespan (which as I recall from PBS or Discovery, is pretty short already).
