Heres a funny story.......

Slave to the reef!
About a week ago i noticed my loc line on my return was leaking a bit, instead of fixing it like i should have i just moved it about so the drip would drip into the tank. L\Like i said that was a week ago. Well last nite i was messing around with my freshwater tank and didnt notice at the time but my tinkering caused a flood overnite i woke up this morning to about 30 gallons of water on the floor. I broke out the shop vac and got as much as i could sucked up before work and decided to do the same on my lunch break. This time while vacumming the breaker blew....remember what i did last week with my return??? Turns out the end of the return was pretty low in the tank, long story short it started a syphon, flooding my sump. Another 20 gallons of saltwater on the floor......

So thats 2 floods in one day....

The house is like a sauna ATM, i turned off the furnace and opened all the windows and doors to get some of the moisture out. Also gonna go grab a dehumidifier, it will probably run constantly but it sure beats letting my house rot........

It is kind of funny to post such a story, but Ive been there before and totaly know that it is not any fun at all. At least when my tank busted it was in a trial run to see if held water. The test totaly failed but at least it was only fresh water.
Sorry dude.

Ditto. If you want to borrow it for a while you're more than welcome to come grab it. I won't need it again until summer.

Let the bad luck continue!

Actually, im thinking of all the money im saving by not running the furnace.....

I better turn it back on before someone gets B|tchy....

lol....My Wife just shudders when I open the door to the fish room and she hears me say UH OH!
