I'm assuming this is an invert, but I guess I dont really know.

That's right:

ID this...streak. It's almost like a perfect spiral about the size of a quarter. What the heck made this?

You're looking at the very top rim of the tank, right near the black trim.

My snails are ceriths (I've seen those eggs they are different) and astreas and a turbo (had those a long time and never saw any eggs)

I just put a lettuce nudibrach in my tank about a week and a half ago. But I havent seen it hanging around the glass much. I usually see it on the rockwork.

Could it be the lettuce nudibranch? If so, do the eggs often survive?

On the other hand, could it be some nasty nudi in my tank that I dont want? Seems like kind of a coincidence though, just got the lettuce nudi and now this.

It's possible that they could be from the lettuce. I know that the user who calls himself PaulB claims to have raised them but I would think the odds of raising them in a tank that is not specifically set up to raise them are probably next to nil.

Those are what my Lettuce Nudi eggs look like. I have had them hatch several times. Not a high yeild ever tho. The top of the eggs should feel like a high mound of silicone, not really too flat, well IME.
