Hermit carb and Nassarius snail

Today i see my Hermit carb eating a Nassarius snail. My question is: Do a Hermit carb can attack a Nassarius snail?

Depends on the species of the hermit. The reef safe ones (scarlet leg, blue leg, and zebra) are usually peaceful and will not attach snails unless they are desperate for a new shell to grow into.
