Does anyone know if a hermit crabs legs grow back. A friend of mine's got attacked by another hermit crab that wanted his shell. In the process, 2 of his legs were broken off by his attacker!!!
We put an empty shell next to the loser and he did claim that shell. We are just wondering if the legs will grow back or can he survive without them....
