Heteroxenia Polyp Disappeared

I bought a soft coral pack from LA. One of the corals in the pack was a Heteroxenia Polyp. Here is a photo:

It arrived firmly mounted and I placed it on the crushed coral/sand. It was doing well over the last 3+ weeks.

Went to feed yesterday after work and it was gone. The mount is still there and it looked like some of the "flesh" was still stuck to the mount, although I'm not sure as it could have been glue that I was seeing.

Does that coral have the ability to release from the mount like that? If not, I don't know what might have taken (ate?) it.

I do have a brittle star in there, along with a couple of sea urchins. I saw another bad crab last night, although it was smaller than a quarter. I'll need to work on getting it out. Other than that, I have a couple of wrasses, a tang, two clowns, a yellow prawn goby, a yellow and black angel and a firefish.

Could one of the urchins pushed it off the mount?

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Thanks!

Makes me think that it's time to get rid of the urchins. I've noticed that they also like to feast on the Nori and LRS Seaweed sheets.

Anyone else have any thoughts?
