Hey DIYers.... Looking for parts. Halide build.

I just happened to secure a 250W ballast and have an extra pheonix 14k DE bulb laying around and would like to build a pendant. I like my PFL pendants upstairs, and have a friend who works at a metal shop and runs a press. After working with him last summer, I realize that there is not much to the pendants I paid top dollar for. (and I remember Siropas easy build.) He mentioned that he could most likely do it fast and I think very easily. Missed an opportunity to have it laser cut when I worked there, but oh well...


My problem is that I am unsure where to get the electrical socket that the double ended bulb seats into. If anyone knows where, could you suggest a site or a local supplier? I could make my own from scratch, but would rather not have one of those fire threads...

Hellolights. Are you just looking for the socket into which the bulb seats into? If so hellolights carries them. So do a number of other sites.
