Hey, I'm downgrading!!!

Well, not really. I'm adding a 2.5 that's just gonna be zoas. What kinda light do you guys think I need?? It's a cheapo little plastic type tank I had got a wally world some time ago and since Im not goin bigger right now, I had to find a way to add more gallons!! LOL.

Ya..i got a couple frags going in my 20 already. Im going to try to get my2.5 back today. I gotta run out and get a HOB for it. Since its so small I was thinking about getting a BRIGHT desk lamp for it. Lowes has a couple pretty good florescent ones.

Ok,already upgraded the downgrade!! LOL. I got a 3g from Nancy and Russ( thanx). So here it is all empty,got the background on it. Im am going to fill it up tomorrow. Just gotta find a piece of LR that I like.

Any thoughts yet what kind of tank build your doing. Is it a fish only tank or are you going to put softies "LPS" in there too?

I'm thinking I am just going to do zoas right now. If those do well..i'll think about more. No fish. Maybe a sexy shrimp.

Ive got a little 3 gallon like that. I took out the light that was in it and retro-fit a pair of those 10w 50/50 coralife screw in bulbs, these guys.

I was thinking about a similar setup, Zoas and a pair of sexy shrimp. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Good idea with the lights. I might try to do that. Got it all filled up. I think I might need to get a tiny heater. Not real sure if the light is gonna do the job keepng the temp up.
