If so, how were the results?

Currently all I have is a couple of homies with liverock and sand.

Want to make it more colorful.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you want to upgrade. I will assume you are talking about corals to add color. Yes you can do most softies. Jackson had a very nice nano forget what lighting and corals he kept in there. Maybe he will chime in on that.

I think he is talking about upgrading the lighting on a bio cube 14. But I could be wrong...lol... if that is in fact what you are talking about what are you trying to keep in it? I think the really only 2 options MH or LED. Also flow is another upgrade that I would suggest to do as well. But won't get into that until you let us know what you mean by this confusing post...lol....

Any ways how have you been man, haven't heard from you on here since the 125 was up.

I was checking out nanotuners.com for lighting...they have a lot of ideas for smaller tanks, for the lights that would fit right into the hood, they want around $400. I don't really want to spend that much nor do I want to remove the hood.

I just want to put softies and zoas in there...

I have been great, thanks for asking. My wife and kids are healthy. School is now officially over so that means more beauty rest (I work nights).

Aimee and I stained our deck this weekend and are both suffering from sunburn. Hopefully others will learn from this and buy composite or PVC.

Or wear sunscreen..lol... yea the lighting is quite expensive. You should be able to grow low light corals such as zoas and xiena type corals with the stock lighting.

We wanted to get some color...my wife is still hurting from the weekend!

Maybe I will try the zoas but you know what happens....something like this (my version)...it all started with a used tank and ended up with one BIG addiction.

Anyone have a frag of they would like to sell??

There is a wide variety of color in lower light corals. xenia, green nepthea, bastomussa, all types of zoas, there is a lot of different colors.

yea guys when are we going to throw another frag meet...lol...I think there was just one a few months ago tho.
