I am seriosly thinking about adding four wave boxes to my sps vat. The vats are 3'x7'x 16"deep. First thing will this work? I already have three 6100's and a single 6200 on a controller. They give good current but was looking to get rid of some dead spots. How do four wave boxes work and how many controllers will I need. Basically Rodger Im asking what tunze equipment will I need to make this happen. Thank you:D

You would really only need a wavebox and extension, the wave from that set up should be plenty. Volume wise a single wavebox would be sufficient but given the width I would use an extension. Are these vats rectangular or bull nosed?

They are fiberglass with all corners at about a 1"radius . There is a 2" lip at the top. The fiberglass is 1/4"thick . Sorry for the misspell on your name Roger . Here is a pic

There are alot of obstructions and I dont want my current to fall short of my needs.Im not looking to budget so dont hold back on what my equipment needs might be;) Thank you . And I can and will drop my water level to allow for a larger wave:D

Put a wavebox in one corner and the extension in the other and keep the flow free of obstacles and the two will get the job done.

Hey man-

I've got two wbs on a 96x48x30 filled with rock and corals and the wave still rocks out....
