Hello,
We've had the cute little bugger, very small, in our nano tank for several months now. Always very healthy looking and 'on the job' for the Candy Stripe Pistol shrimp. The other day a rather large amphipod happened by and the goby snatched it. Then spit it out, then snatched it back, spit it out, over and over. Finally kept it down but it was a struggle! Next day, all the burrow doors are closed and the goby is nowhere to be found. Nassarius snails seem a little too interested in the area...
Seem possible that he could have choked on the little monster?
