Done marine mixed reef aquariums for 10+ years in UK and France. Just moved to New Zealand. Setting up again, although quite a narrow choice of marine life imported here it would seem ans SO much more expensive .

One thing I didn’t realise before we moved…. Most land is private apart from a bit of bush land. Can’t just stroll anywhere like Europe. They say NZ is diverse with wildlife. We’ve been here 5yrs, I’ve seen rabbits and birds, nothing else . Seen more dead animals on the roads in England than all my travels past NZ’s countryside . Could think of worse places to be though.
