Hello all, i would just like to say hi and introduse myself... I have just recently moved to the Knoxville area, and i had to sell everything i had back home for the move... I am buying a 90 gal tank on friday and i am looking to but everything else still so if anyone has anything they would like to get rid of please let me know and thanks a lot

Randy, I had a 55 gal system that i had for almost 2 years mainly sps and softies in it.. i am going to try and set up near the same thing, mainly sps, some softies a clam as i have never had one before and have alwase wanted one. and definatly somne fish, i am not sure on what type of fish yet, i am trying to get my girlfriend involved and she has been very resistant so far but i think i am getting closer...

sounds great man i appreciate it, i think in time once she see some tanks it will be easier to get her involved but as we have a baby on the way ( just found out last week) i am definatly going to try and make this a familly thing.. we will see if it works... and i guess what i am actually trying to do with this tank is make it a mixed reef tank i would like a little of everything in it. but i am going to definatly try and buy my stuff used if at all possible.

Greg, $80 but it has a few cracks and can only be used in-sump only. They don't affect performance buy do generate a small water leak (teaspoon per day or so) and hence the low price and in-sump use only. I've upgraded it a bit though as you can see. With the correct pump, it is a wicked skimmer IMO and would be plenty for your 90 gallon. I run it off a BlueLine SD 1100 and find that to be a perfect match, low wattage and perfect amount of flow/pressure to drive the Beckett.

I was going back and forth with Greg in this thread and the Feb meeting thread, so its not like I just attacked him... lol I even welcomed him first...
Besides, if we don't know what he wants to set up, we can't help him find the equipment he wants...
