High level of calcium?

Your lighting and flow are fine. The nanos are 240 GPH each with the return of 200 GPH gives you 680 GPH total. Divide that by the size of the tank 14 Gallons right? That gives you 48.5 x flow. That is very nice for that size tank. Your lighting is 70W on a 14 gallon tank that is 5 x for lighting. My tank only has 34 x flow with 5.6 x lighting. What about temperature? What are you keeping it at? Is it fluctuating a lot at night or throughout the day?

Sure if you want to stop by with some water I can test the salinity and then you can compare my reading against your hydrometer so that you know how much it is off. That will hold you over until you get a refractometer. Give me a call on my cell.

Assuming that is not a typo we have definitely found the problem. It is ok for the temperature to fluctuate a little but it should never go below 74F or above 84F. Anything above or below that range is very dangerous for most corals from a tropical climate like the SPS you are keeping. I would recommend trying to keep the temperature between 78F - 80F for optimal SPS coral heath, growth, and coloration. It is ok to fluctuate between 78 and 80 but try to keep it between that range. If you can get your tank to do that I think you won't have any more problems keeping SPS.

Alright, I will try to keep it above 74F. Never really think about the temperature as an issue.

Sorry Nate for almost get your head exploded, that would get me in big trouble lol. Appreciated all you guys inputs.

Also you mentioned using a digital thermometer. Unless it is an expensive one I would recommend getting a non-digital floating glass one instead for $2 from the LFS. The cheep digital thermometers are very inaccurate in my experience and become even worse once that batteries start to die. I would never trust a digital thermometer that cost less that $100. That's just me, I could be wrong but I don't trust them. FWIW my tank is 79F right now.

With the cold weather coming you may find you need to get a nicer heater. This is an item I don't recommend skimping out on. Try a VisiTherm Stealth Heater. They are fully submersible and are fairly accurate from my experiences with them. I am currently using Ebo-Jager heaters but I have used VisiTherm Stealth heaters in the past and liked them.
