I have a Hippo Tang that has small white pimples on his body. He is eating good and swimming. He is showing no signs of any disease other than the spots. What are they? I put a little garlic in the food to help in case it is ich. Truthfully, in two years of being in this hobby, I have never had Ich on any fish. Any suggestions. I would QT him, but he is in a 240 gallon tank with rock...can't catch him!
