hippo tang with a bumpy stomach

My hippo is 3 inches long and is developing bumps on the sides of his stomach. They are less than a quarter of an inch each with mutiple on each side of the fish. There is no change in color.It looks as if it is coming from the inside out.

He is active when out and eat well. He does hide himself in the rocks at times during the day.

Any help would be great.

sounds like aproblem i had it was internal parisites killed about 1500 in fish i would run some copper as long as you dont have and coral or inverts. sooner the better killed my fish within a couple of weeks
