Hitch hiker

Trying to figure out what this is, I've done some looking but no luck...

It's transparent with a yellowish spot on the front (mouth/eyes?) and one near the center (gut?). It has a fork on the rear of the body shape and moves along pretty fast.

It's a harmless acoel flatworm.
