My friends that is an Enchelyurus Flavipes- dubbed the Goldentail Blenny.

It's a comb tooth variety of the blenny currently being bred by a place called Proaquatix- http://www.proaquatix.com/

A couple of them showed up locally, and I almost bought one. Cute little bugger, but I already have my heart set on a Midas. Cheers!

Yep thats him alright! Thanks for the info!

They aren't retail

Proaquatix provides the finest aquacultured marine ornamentals to retail pet stores, aquarium maintenance businesses, and public aquariums and institutions. We do not sell directly to the public; however, we would be happy to assist you in finding a retail shop in your area that carries our fish. Please send email to info@proaquatix.com

Update on this little bugger.

He's still alive and doing great! Heââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s getting very fat and is very playful with my clown, two spot goby and my new cleaner shrimp. This is my favorite fish! Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢ve been feeding him frozen Cyclop-eeze, Mysis, and even pellet food.
Has anyone else come across one of these guys at the LFS? If you have or you happen to, I would suggest buying one, you will never enjoy a fish more then this little guy. They do hide a lot in holes in the LR, but when they're swimming about the tank, it amazes me how cute they can be!

I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow, its just so hard to take good pictures of my tank because my camera doesnt have a macro setting:(

I have one of these, sold to me as a bicolor blenny by an LFS in Northern CA.

It was one of the first fish I bought. At the time I had never actually seen a bicolor in person. They are quite different. The pix at proaquatix are the only I have ever seen on the web of the goldentail.

I've had him about 6 months and he's doing great. Probably my favorite fish. He'll eat anything you feed him, but doesn't really comb the rocks for algae.

He hides a lot but will come out if I stand in front of the tank (thinks it's time for food). I have seen him nip at my starfish, and open his mouth wide to intimidate other fish (he is the "big fish" in the tank), but generally peacefull.
