Hitchhiker unknown. This is about 1.5 cm of extended clear tentacles with small pigmented terminals within the red circle next to the empty snail shell. ID? Good or bad?

They seem to come from one spot in the crevice between the snail shell and the rock. You get 19 more questions!

Looking at the pics at that site, it looks like a lot of various corals can have clear tentacles like this. So, maybe it's too early too ID, but I guess it's probably a good guy.

I've had the rock for a long time, but not certain of the source.

I didn't see the multiple smaller opacities within the tentacles as in the #14 cup coral picture, but I don't know how specific that feature might be. Thanks for that link!

There is a type of worm, that has tentacles that look similar to fishing line, they are filter feeders, and they use their tentacles to catch their food. thats I asked about where they were coming from. I cant think of the name of it though. I have them in my tank.
