It's a nemertean (ribbon worm) and an unusual one to find in a reef tank. I haven't seen any images of similar ones posted probably because they're rarer than the other types and normally live on soft bottoms. Incidentally, it's always better to take pictures of UW critters in a shallow dish of water.
