Hitchhiking Zoas

I have three different types of Zoas that grew on my live rock. They have remained the same size for quite awhile. I just added metal halides lighting a month or so ago, and the ones in the top pick grew a new member. I know nothing about these and am interested in helping them spread. Do I need to feed them? If so what does everyone recommend? Are they ok if I dont feed them?

Thanks!

Nice hitch hickers. You don't need to feed them for them to spread. They will do that on there own. Some spread faster than others. Also they have symbiotic algea, so no need to feed.
