Hard to say since the picture is out of focus. But great focus on your heater!

I'd guess it's either a mushroom or a single polyp of some kind of LPS.

looks like a green striped mushroom, also known as a watermelon mushroom. But it's hard to really tell from that pic, too blurry.

that is a mini carpet anemone. S. Tapetum. do a search you'll find plenty of info.

I have two in the tank. I got the live rock about 3.5 months ago and they moved initially but have stayed in the same spots since. I feed them silverside chunks about every week and a half. They've grown a bit but nothing too significant although I didn't feed them anything for the first month they were in the tank.
