HOB Skimmer

i have a jbj28 and i am looking to up grade skimmers i have been thinking a Warner marine or a octopus Bh300 any advice would help thanks

im not quite sure on that pertictular octopus model but i do know that octopus does make exclent skimmers and for the price IMO you cant get a better skimmer

I'm running a CPR Aeroforce on my 30gl long and it is a beast. Also IMO its very quiet, much less noise than the nano skimmer I ran before.

I have not had a BH100, but I had a BH100F and a B2000 from Octo and they were both kind of touchy and needed fiddling

I chose to go with a H1 my latest nano and like the skimmer much better. My current favorite HOB skimmer

i like the wm H1 but i hear in the jbj28 you have to take the carbon tray lol dont know the name for it but the long plastic that has the mesh, carbon and all that in it out fot that skimmer to fit. so what would you do in that case you have to have carbon and all that right?
