Hole cover for electrical cord?

I'll be pulling my electrical cords through separate holes in a plywood panel. I'm trying to find those things that are put over the holes, that cover the holes except where the cord comes through. The opening in this "cover" fits tightly around the cord.

I hope this description makes sense. I've seen others on RC use them, but I don't recall what they're called or where I can get them.

Any info would be appreciated.
