Hole in my hand ?

I have a steel bb sized hole in my devil hand any ideas ? what would cause this ?

A bb gun?

It could have been many things, as long as the coral is open and looks normal, I would not worry to much>

the little flower things have not been out for a few days and the coral seems shrunken down

It could be slouthing the outer layer,it will look like a clear skin peeling off, it takes it a few days come off.A sign that it is growing.

i had something like this happen to mine. but my hole got to the size of a quarter. looked like brine shrimp crawled in there and started eating it. inside the hole was a real rough patch of little spines. i had to end up fragging the hell out of it.
