so even after moving my tank and killing just about everything but my snails and a goby ( It didn't exactily go as planned sadily)....

I'm hearing the infamous thud whack tap glass smash...

so who knows a good way to flush one of these critters out without having to yank all the live rock out again...

A trap soda bottle trap with a piece of shrimp.

The old bottle trick should work, just place an 2 litre bottle in the tank baited with mysis or any other shrimp leave over night and hope The frictionless bottle will leave the suspect in there.

uh not to be too much of a noob but mantis shrimp cant "swim"?? and do you put the bottle up the tall way or on the side?
