On my zoos and on the rock it's a crusty brown stuff, looks lik a algae, im going to try to get a pic of it, also of my bubble which I think is a goner.
 
A pic would definitely help.

LPS corals are usually savable as long as they still have polyps on them, and even sometimes when all polyps seem gone.

What lighting/flow situation do you have the bubble in? Are you feeding it at all?

And of course... what are your test readings for salinity, pH, nitrates, phosphates, calcium and alkalinity?

From the pic, I'd say cyano or coraline. Coming off easy like that says cyano.

Blast all of it off with a turkey baster and do more water changes using RO/DI water...feed less and increase the amount of water flow. That should help. If it doesn't, we'll resort to Plan B.
 
Sounds like low flow or water quality. Tank info like readings and equipment with stock or type of fish?
