Horned Blenney

I bought a horned Blenny a couple days ago and it has wipped out my ricordea! after 4 went missing, I finally saw him munching away!

Is this a rogue issue or is it common behavior?

This is the most interesting fish I have ever seen. I moved remaining ricordea to a frag tank. I hope I don't have to get rid of him.

i had a lawnmower blenny pick at my star polyps and yellow polyps
the corals looked like crap when he was alive, within a week of his death both corals perked up and grew to twice their size
:)

Well, some corals, like flowers, respond aggressively to pruning. It might answer why angels, who travel down a reef nipping this, nipping that, but never revisiting the same coral, get away with it. Maybe their behavior actually stimulates the corals to grow.

But I do sympathize! That's a nice blenny, but baaaad behavior.
