Hospital tank setup questions

Looks like I'm going to have to treat my Ritteri, gonna start 250 of Cypro tonight. Do I need to run lights? 50% or 100% water changes daily? Treat for how long, 7 days? How much flow for a 10gallon? Anything else I may be missing? I tried to upload a video of my nem so you'd have a better idea of what I'm dealing with but it won't load from my ipad. Gives me this message when I try.

If you can, do 100% water change or more (if the water is cloudy, then change it). If the anemone deflates (dump out bad stuff tot he water) change it. I use DT water to change to the HT so I do a lot of water change, end up changing the DT water.

Thanks I actually saw your sticky after I posted and it was very helpful. Unfortunately my order of cypro that was supposed to be delivered yesterday never showed. Hopefully it comes Monday and it's not too late. I wish I could post the video I took so you could tell me how bad off you think it is.

thanks for the insight Minh, good tip on WC, always use my new mixed Water the night before to change QT of the nem but I will do it the other way now since it makes more sense and kill two birds with one stone.
