Another bank of T5's or a 4 bulb unit would be nice.
You could do a nem in that size tank, but it will limit coral space.
Hammer, frog, torch, things like that make a great alternative, and they don't move, something to consider.
depends on the fixture.. If it has individual reflectors( One for each bulb) than i think you would be ok if not then i would save some cash and get a quality fixture that does,.
look into the tek lights..but are going to be hard pressed finding a fixture for under $250, a 4 bulb retro fit kit from reef geek is $299 and you still need to wire it up yourself and mount it.
you also need to make sure you get good bulbs... most of the time the bulbs that come in a fixture in your $250 price range are crap... imho ATI makes the best t-5 bulbs... like stated above TEK is a good brand fixture but whatever you get make sure it has individually reflected bulbs
