Host for true percula pair...

I have a 28g LED JBJ that I primarily have SPS growing. I was interested in finding out a good host recommendations that would be suited to a low nutrient system.

Pretty much all host nems are going to get too big for a 28g, especially if there is already sps in there, they will touch/sting.

I agree, I do not think a anemone would be good.

I was wondering if many people were having a soft coral or a long tentacle coral that the true percs took to and the host also thrived...

Frogspawn or similar makes a great alternative.

While I have seen many BTA's in that size tank, I wouldn't reccomend it, especially in an SPS dominated tank. They are rock dwelling anemones and can cause havoc when they decide to roam.

You may get away with a H. malu, they stay pretty small and like the sandbed. It would be hit or miss on the clowns being hosted though.
