How big do elegance corals get?

I've had this one for about 4 or 5 months. It was about 1/4 of this size when I got it. In these piocs it's only about 3/4 extended because I was scraping algae. But it is huge for my 50g. Can you frag these? I don't want to sell the whole thing b/c my clown has made it his home. He even feeds it.

They can get huge. The largest one i've seen was over 2 feet end to end. Yes you can frag them, and if you do i'd really like to get a piece.

I have fragged an elegance before, very easy, just break the skeleton then us a razor blade to cut the tissue.

yeah i have wanted a Elegance but seems they were super fragile at one time?

Are they now hardy again?
